RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY
Exchange Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a exchange within 10 days of the order’s delivery time. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You can exchange the item with a different size or an alternative style.
If at the moment you cannot find an item to exchange with please contact us so we can issue store credit that you can use within a year of its issue date.
Shipping charges for returns are charged to the customer.
Items that are discounted 60% and bellow cannot be exchanged or refunded.
*In order to exchange the item/s they have to meet the following criteria.
- Items have to be unworn.
- All tags and or original packaging have to be included. If tags are missing when an item is returned it will not be accepted.
- Swimwear must only be tried on with your own undergarments and must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged packaging.

*Please not that returns must be unworn with their original tags attached, the receipts has to be included and shipping costs for the returns are charged to the customer.
